Application Modernization and Migration Workshop

Target audience: Pre-Sales Consultants and Architects


Description:

The AMM workshop leverages Red Hat Consulting best practises over three days, in order to allow participants to
learn and then demonstrate their new knowledge, to better identify and drive large, transformational projects.


What is covered during the AMM Workshop?
The AMM workshop is intended for audiences in a pre-sales or architect role and investigates theory and use
cases typically associated with large, transformational projects, in order to support partners in identifying and
demonstrating business value to motivate for – and guide – a customer through a transformation project.

Based on these use cases, scope for the workshop covers Discovery, Design and Delivery best practises for the
following:

  • Application architecture
  • Infrastructure
  • Process & Governance
  • Knowledge
  • Communication Best-practises
  • Business Value

Please note that this workshop does not offer any labs or technical deep dives.


Prerequisites:

The following OPEN courses need to be completed prior to attending the AMM session:

  1. Red Hat Foundations > Enrol now
  2. How to Migrate Applications to Containers and OpenShift > Enrol now
  3. Benefits of Microservice Architectures > Enrol now
  4. Red Hat OpenShift 4 Foundations > Enrol now
  5. Cloud-Native Development Foundations > Enol now
